It was clean and the receptionist was friendly. Location is good, there is a big parking outside the hotel opposite the main road which was very handy.

To be improved

I could hear the other occupants in the next room talking on the phone as the walls are very thin.

Manager was extremely attentive. Property offers excellent value for money. Provided excellent information about Seville. Would have been great if there were versions in other languages.

To be improved

We did not realize that nobody spoke any English. Didn’t read the profile carefully enough! Referred to nearby restaurant for breakfast. Also unilingual and not very helpful.

Last night, after midnight, there was some kind of a parade just under our room - a notice before could have helped us.... A kettle and a small refrigerator / a place to keep things cold could have been very useful.
