Room was so small we could hardly fit two bags. Shower was broken. Coffee making facility was not replenished.

The difficulties entering first the Hostal main door and then the room by the code were overcome by a prompt staff intervention.

To be improved

The first night my wife coughed all the time, despite what stated in the Booking.com site as ‘Hypoallergenic solutions’, the air conditioning was full of dust (I have the photos! and showed its state to the maid on our departure). The second night we slept with a mask and … suddenly the cough disappeared. We were very disappointed and close to ask for a reimbursement.

The property is located on a quieter street and is both comfortable and nicely decorated.

To be improved

There wasn’t staff at the property, so when the key codes and doors didn’t open for a while, it took some coordination via WhatsApp. Thankfully, they were very responsive to helpful solve the issues.
