“The location was close to the city center, metro stations, and many shopping areas. The room was cleaned daily. · Cons: I stayed on the 4th floor. While the location was convenient, there were several issues. You have to ring the reception every time you enter the main building and also when entering to the Hostel, which is a bit inconvenient. The room was small, the bed was a bit noisy, and the AC was very loud. The window closed but didn’t lock properly something seemed to be wrong with it. Also, for the price, there should at least be a kettle and some tea provided in the room.”

I stayed on the 4th floor. While the location was convenient, there were several issues. You have to ring the reception every time you enter the main building and also when entering to the Hostel, which is a bit inconvenient. The room was small, the bed was a bit noisy, and the AC was very loud. The window closed but didn’t lock properly something seemed to be wrong with it. Also, for the price, there should at least be a kettle and some tea provided in the room.

“Helpful Staff”

The best

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is located in a very friendly neighbourhood. Very close to Gran Via, you can reach many places on foot. The staff allowed us to store our luggage after check-out.

To be improved

The rooms are a bit narrow. It was a little difficult to find the entrance and floor of the hotel, maybe more prominent signs can be used. The price is high compared to other hotels, but hotel prices in Madrid are not cheap.
