the receptionist lady is very nice and helpful. the location is great.

To be improved

they gave me room #8 which has no windows... it was so bad and depressing... very uncomfortable too. and i paid a lot for it. because of the lack of sunlight and fresh air i got very sick. they agreed to give me a bigger room with a window in the last day which was way better. but my experience in madrid would've been 10 times better if my room wasn't this bad. the rest of the hostal is great, but room #8 isn't.
