“Very nice place”

Everything was clean and the hostage was really kind, very nice room, big enough bed and bathroom, and the coffee was really delicious, excellent location

To be improved

I would like to know at the beginning when I was making the reservation, that I would’ve going to another place to check in and take the breakfast

The room was spacious enough and clean.

To be improved

The bed was too soft, but this is just a personal preference. We had to do online check in but had to present the same data at the reception desk (which is in another hotel nearby). The online check in required to scan QR code, but if you have only one device it won’t be possible (may be annoying for solo travellers).

“- The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. - The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. - Housekeeping cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. - The air conditioning is a bit noisy, but it cools the room down very quickly. - The hotel offers great value for money. · Cons: The only downside was the very thin walls. I could clearly hear water running when someone in the neighboring room used the bathroom. That said, it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect my overall impression of the hotel.”
