“Location was perfect, a 2 min walk to the nearest metro station but honestly we walked to most places as everything was within a 15-20min walk. You are close to most of the main attractions like Royal Palace, Grand Via, San Miguel Market, Sol, La Latina neighbourhood & more · Cons: We where very happy with our stay and it met all of our expectations”

The best

el. I would like to especially thank the receptionist, who was extremely kind, polite, and professional. She welcomed me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Her friendly and respectful attitude left a very positive impression. I truly appreciate her professionalism and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

“The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible on foot. It's also very close to public transportation stops. We were very pleased with the receptionist's warm, friendly, and cheerful demeanor. The room was generally ample in size and cleaned daily. We also thanked them for allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out until we left for the airport. · Cons: Only the toilet and bathroom were a bit small, and the sink was outside.”
