The proximity to the nearest metro station, which enabled easy access to travel around the city. 24 hour reception.

The staff were pretty rude - I checked out of my room after staying one night and was told I could not sit in my friend's room to charge my phone for 10 mins even though they were staying there that night !

Bed buggs in the bed; we had 3 bites close to eachother. 1/3 receptionist spoke little english, 2/3 only spanish. Price was 270 for 2 nights for this, which was not worth it at all! Only a small lift available, stairs only for emergency. Wouldnt recommend this hostal. One of the worst experiences and we travel alot.

“Staff were very friendly and informative . The location was great, lots of options, walking or catching a free bus to all the shops. The room is what you would expect for a hostel. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom. All was clean and comfortable. · Cons: Nothing”

“Good for short stay”

1. friendly staff 2. close to Monclea station with free bus 001 3. room is made up everyday 4. towels changed every day 5. quite clean

1. hot water is not hot at all after 1 minute 2. floor is tile, will be cold with bare feet in cold weather 3. toilet size is very small 4. no tooth brush and paste 5. no cups, ask plastic cup from bar next door
