“Dont let the bed bugs bite”

Good location. Deluxe room at first sight looked clean and spacious. Self check was convenient. Until overnight the bed bug fest started and there was no one to talk to as there is no reception in full self service.

To be improved

Bed bugs started crawling everywhere overnight. Mattress. Ceiling. Headboard. In the so called “deluxe” room. I didn’t sleep at all and waiting until sun rise and got of the place immediately. They seem to hide the problem well by vacuuming the bed and changing linen as I did inspect upon arrival and saw nothing, but overnight they appeared from everywhere. The host asked me explicitly not to post the review to give me the full refund but I did not find it fair with other travelers as they seemed to know the problem and hide from me too.

“Loved the place, centrally located”

The best

I did not receive the code to get in from booking so I had to contact the hostal directly. My name was similar to another guest and it caused some confusion but it was resolved.

To be improved

I would have liked to know that I would have needed a code to get in before I arrived and that there was no staff on site.

“Not worth it”

The hostel has amazing location and inside it seems all clean and tidy.

To be improved

The room is too small even for one person and they manage to package two people in it. Literally there’s no space to put a bag, hang a towel or put your shoes. The bed ends where the shower starts. The shower also has hick-ups with hot water (which most of the time comes cold) and all switches are messed up (cold water for hot and vice versa).
