Location could not be beat. Very spacious.

Beds were not great. AC turned off automatically making it hot later in the night, no room fridge.

The best

The room was very clean and simple. Plus the AC worked very well. VERY good location, 15 minute walk to the Palace, 3 minutes to the "shopping" center, and 5-10 minutes away from many metro stations to travel further away. Plus many different bars/restaurants within a block or two.

The best

Excellent location close to Gran Via and metro stations at walking distance. It has a lift which is convenient. They also can store your luggage. Staff always very kind and helpful. Comfy beds and nice rooms.

To be improved

Some noise from adjacent rooms but it doesnot depend on the property.
