The best

Location very convenient from Atocha station. Very clean room. The stuff very friendly and answered my question in advance that helped me a lot to find the place from the airport.

To be improved

better to have app, in case you arrive after 9pm.

“The location was good for visiting the touristic places and also so close to the train station. The room was clean.. The lady (I guess she is the owner) was lovely. · Cons: The room was not big but provided an enough space to feel comfortable though.”

“Great stay”
The best

Clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff. They let us leave our luggage before check-in and was able to get our room a little earlier than check-in time. Room macthes the photos. Windows looked out onto the side streets which was nice to peek out into in the morning.

To be improved

No toiletries provided, only one bottle of soap used for shampoo and body soap combined, not a big deal if you bring your own, a little bit of a longer walk to the main part of madrid (20 min) so plan accordingly.
