“Great location, clean and comfortable.”
The best

I loved the location, it's close to almost everything. I was able to walk everywhere. It's located on Las Ramblas, a very touristy area. Although it's a hostel, it feels more like a hotel. It was clean, comfortable, with air conditioning, TV and despite all the noise from the pipe work happening outside, it was surprisingly quiet inside.

To be improved

When I arrived at the hotel, everything was already paid, but I was charged a tourist fee, which I didn’t have the money for at the moment. I asked if I could pay it at check-out, but the staff said no. I had stayed at two other hotels in Sabadell before coming to Barcelona, and in both cases, I was charged the fee at check-out. I found the situation rude, and I had to resolve it immediately in order to receive the room key. There is no electric kettle in the rooms. If you need one, you have to go to reception where they’ll lend you one, and you have to return it as soon as possible. Unlike other places I've stayed, there’s no tea, coffee, or sugar—probably because there are no kettles. Even though it's a hostel, there’s no access to a kitchen or a microwave, and nowhere to refrigerate anything except medication. Since I was traveling with a child, they made an exception for me, but it shouldn’t have to be that way.

“Very nice place , good price, excellent location”
The best

Very nice , clean , quite place in the center of city. Location was excellent, room was small but perfect for 2 .Very clean and comfortable bad.

To be improved

First when I see a window for a back well it wasn’t nice a view , but later it happened it was super quiet ,after all day being in a crowded place you need a peaceful rest.

Clean, comfortable, did the job as required, rest our weary bones and be refreshed for the morning. 2 rooms with views, good aircon and free toiletries was a nice touch

The best

The room was clean and spacious enough for our 4 person family. The room was kept clean by the cleaning staff every morning. The furniture in the room were in very good condition same as the bathroom. The shower was very good, with good water pressure and spacious. Beds were comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The location is excellent. Close to everything (restaurants , cafes, shops etc).

To be improved

The only issue is the same I have with most hotels. The light coming in from the windows in the morning. Not a deal breaker.
