The best

The reception is great: we had a huge delay and arrived 12 hours later than we planned - around 2 am. I was always in touch with the reception, they waited for us and explained everything perfectly though it was late. Also, the location is good and considered value for money - great experience.

To be improved

All was fine, no remarks from our side. If you expect the hotel to be luxury, it is not your choice, but overall if it is just a place to sleep foe a few nights - it's great!

The best

We were 2 British friends travelling and loved it. Amazingly friendly staff who gave great advice about what is worth visiting, great location close to a metro station and also a wonderful bakery with fresh bread every morning. The AC is powerful and the beds are very comfy. Our room also had a small balcony/outdoor area which was great for drying damp clothes/towels. The little sink in the room was also useful, and the shared toilets were kept spotless. Amazing all round.

To be improved

Potentially the fact that there is no oven, only a microwave not intended for actual cookery.
