We stayed at Hostal Bianco for two nights as a family of three and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from key attractions, restaurants, and metro stations, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and secure. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and pleasant. The staff was friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

“Everything at Hostal Bianco's end was perfect. · Cons: I received multiple scam emails through booking.com email address, asking for my credit card info, and i tried to contact booking.com a million times, but never received any help, finally i managed to speak to someone at Hostal Bianco who said they never asked for my card info. I still got emails , till the day before I was supposed to check in , from booking.com email saying Hostal Bianco is asking for my card info and booking might be cancelled. It was an absolute nightmare, travelling in a foreign country with wife and 5 year old , not knowing whether we will get a room when we arrive at the booked and prepaid accommodation. Shame , shame, shame on booking.com, never using the platform again !!”

“Cosy stay in the heart of Madrid”
The best

- Central location, very convenient for reaching Sol metro station. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance. - The room and bathroom were clean. - Friendly staff

To be improved

The hostel is very close to bars and clubs, so it was noisy at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this might disrupt your sleep.

“Good solution in center of Madrid”
The best

Facilities were clean (they wee available to clean it each day) and the room was enough spatius for 3 people. Position was really great in the center of Madrid. It allowed us to visit a many places just walking. Very good value for money.

To be improved

The double bed was queen size. They gave us a room on the street and the noise isolation wasn't great. There were a lot of noises from the street until late and in the morning (also some construction work in front of the room during working days)

“Great Hotel in Central Madrid”
The best

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The suite was tidy and cozy with comfy beds and good water pressure in the shower. Great place to stay and would definitely come back.
