“Location is excellent, rooms were small but clean. All rooms have a fridge which I quite value. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Nice Shower. Overall my experience was slightly better than expected (besides being locked out of our room by mistake) · Cons: When we arrived at 1am we couldn't enter our room as the staff had mistakenly given it to someone else. It took around an hour to resolve this. However, the staff were very helpful during this time and offered us a free transfer to the airport to make up for this.”

To be improved

When we arrived at 1am we couldn't enter our room as the staff had mistakenly given it to someone else. It took around an hour to resolve this. However, the staff were very helpful during this time and offered us a free transfer to the airport to make up for this.

“The staff were very attentive, the facilities were nice, and there was free coffee, tea, and water. Great location, close to many museums and other attractions. The building also felt secure, and we were able to check in early. · Cons: There is no duvet on the bed and AC system is a bit old, so it can be difficult to get the temperature right, especially at night. The floorboards near the window were also dirty upon our arrival.”
