David at check-in was very attentive and helpful.
Adequate for a hostel, but limited.
Good value in relation to quality for the price.
A pleasant stay with some minor issues, overall good.
Central location, but difficult to find due to blocked roads.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable, though some issues noted with cleanliness.
“Good”
“Absolutely perfect overnight stay.”
The breakfast was brought to my room , perfect and on time, and it was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very modern and offered many settings. The location was only a minuet from the main square with restaurants and bars. From my room I could see the church and a fabulous sunset. Wouldn’t hesitate to revisit the Hostel Campo Real again.
Nothing
“Good”
Very basic
No parking and pillows were hard
“Awful wouldn't go back.Even a kettle in the room would have helped”
There was no breakfast (which we were told we paid for)there wasn't even a cup of tea.We had been held three and half hours on the dock in the boiling sun while they looked for the terrorist and ready for something..it said parking .there was one place.
There was only the room that I liked.i have done them the wrong way round.we tried to ring to tell him we would be late.He could not understand one word of English. We were told fifty pounds without breakfast .he said no sixty three pounds,we were told a bar was there it was a fridge with bottles of wine no glasses anyway

“Exceptional”
Very quiet at night. Helpful and friendly staff. Three minutes walk from the main square and the church. Free parking in front of the hotel. There's a desk with chair, large bathroom, TV. Great choice if you want to stay a bit away from Madrid and have a car.
Restaurants and shops close early in town, around 9pm, certainly not hotel's fault :) The pillow was higher than average. Better use a lower one or offer two options.
