“I would not recommend Casa Blanco to anyone because the host is rude, the location is awful, the rooms aren’t as describ”

The site had such poor Wi-Fi that I could not have any scheduled work meetings while I was there or even access my email. When I told the owner that I had to find another place to stay because of the poor Wi-Fi, he insulted me me, called me, absurd , and I eventually had to block him from messaging me because he was so rude. Additionally, the room got quite cold at night, there was no way to control the heat in the room, and only one thin blanket. Travelers should know that this site is located far from the central Seville. It takes over an hour to get to the city center on public transportation. Another guest there was telling me how much money he had to spend on taxis from the airport and then to the city center. Finally, the site says that rooms have balconies that look over the city. My room, along with seven others, was on the ground floor, and there were no balconies and no view. When I pointed this out to the owner, instead of discussing the situation with me, he rudely stated that there was a view from my window of “a city, not the ocean or a field, and what did I expect?”. This house is located in a suburb. The view out of my window was of parked cars. Most importantly, the host was insulting and rude, gaslighting me on every concern I had about the place and calling me absurd. I’ve never dealt with such a rude host anywhere.

“Pleasant and as expected”

Cleanliness, the fact that breakfast was included, and we liked meeting other travellers. I also liked getting the wats app message before with simple instructions as this made things much easier, and allowed me to ask questions about transport etc

To be improved

It was ok but is just quite far out of the city centre. It was possible to get the bus in, but during semana Santa, buses were slightly less frequent. Not a biggy though, we still had a nice time.
