“We did not stay, we were given a 1st floor room despite asking well in advance for a ground floor room.”

The room was very clean. The outside the courtyard did not resemble the photos, it appeared dirty, unkempt and the plants looked dead. The location looked rough and there was graffiti on a lot of buildings all along the street.

To be improved

We asked for a ground floor room because my husband and I have recently had new knees and we had 2 small dogs. The room we were given was on the 1st floor which was not suitable. 3 of the ground floor rooms appeared to have building work going on !

The location and staff were excellent, breakfast very good value for money and prepared freshly. All in all a good value for money hostel.

Bath room was very tired but functional.

The best

Great B&B in centre of town, near bars, restaurants and transport. Clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Wonderful plant filled courtyard. Bike friendly. Highly recommend.
