Small room

Speaking English by the staff will be an advantage.

Breakfast was in a cafe minutes from hotel. First morning no problem. It is a Spainish restaurant and we know a little Spainish, but it was fine. Next day, the older woman was rude, unhelpful, it was uncomfortable. The young girl there was nice. Shame as everything had been lovely.

The room was fairly small and the walls to the neighbouring rooms were a bit thin.

Nothing

You get what you pay. Beds are really uncomfortable: I could sleep, but not a good sleep though. The internet connection reaches the room, but the bandwidth isn't enough if you have more than a couple of rooms using at the same time. In resume, I could navigate well after 1AM, but if you try to use it at any moment during the day, forget it. Plus, the 3G/4G signal of the cellphone is inexistent inside the room, God knows why, so not even using my mobile data was an option. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, but usable. Shower is extremely small. If you're a bit bigger than average, you'll surely have a hard time showering. Same for the toilet, which is squeezed between a wall and the sink. There was one (and only one), power socket in the whole room. You might imagine: OK, maybe close to one of the bedsides, but noooooo. It's in the worst position ever: right in the middle of the bed, exactly where you put your head while you sleep. So, if you wanna charge something while you sleep, you might need to move a bit towards the bottom of the bed to give space for your charger. Finally, breakfast. They announce breakfast included, but it's just a voucher to a nearby restaurant. Everything at the restaurant is horrible. I went for the churros, and they served a cold, greese churros. In resume, if you're REALLY on a budget, this Hostal is OK: it's well-located, staff is friendly and you have a decent room for shower and sleep, but if you're looking for confort, that wouldn't be my number one (probably not even the top 10) option.
