It is very central, convenient.

To be improved

That I didn’t know that reception was on the 2nd floor, and I didn’t know how to get in as I didn’t check in yet (just arrived) and, accordingly, didn’t have the key yet . Fortunately somebody was entering the building…

This property is extremely well located, it is perfect for people with not much time in Madrid that need to be well connected. The staff are extremely friendly and very happy to help.

To be improved

The only downfall was that the room was very small, however, there is a small cupboard where one can hang the clothes that they need and cupboard space for toiletries in the bathroom.

The best

A wonderful study in the heart of Madrid! The room was right-sized, with everything one needed - good shower, exceptionally clean, quiet, small refrigerator, desk, AC (yea as it’s been very hot!), safe.
