We would have liked to have a couple of room keys as there were 3 of us but not a major problem.

There were BEDBUGS in my room, they started biting the first night already but I could not understand the reason of the red itchy spots on my forearms and hands at first. I noticed the mattresses were enveloped in old brown wool blankets, not the smartest of ideas. On the third night, at 3 AM, I woke up feeling something crawling on my arm, and I found two bedbugs, one of which was quite big, between the sheets and the blanket. I kept the two bedbugs in a cup and took off all blankets, trying to get rid of the insects. I was desperate and tired and fell asleep an hour later. The next morning I had new and plenty of itchy stitches on my legs and arms, even on my neck and back. I brought the two insects to the reception. The manager came in my room and expected me to show the bites on my skin. It was none of her business, as she was no doctor, but I showed them anyway. She moved away the sheets and mattress and as she could not find bedbugs nests, she said it was my fault, and I should have told them earlier. My body, covered in at least 50 red itchy spots, was proof enough of something bad in the room, and I reported the problem as soon as I could. I found these animals in my room just that night. She wanted me to go to the doctor, which I made as soon as I got home (I could not wait, I had to take a flight). Now they are not replying my emails with medical proof of bedbugs. I am expecting a refund but they just think they can hide the whole story. So be careful. By the way, the room walls were very thin and I could hear everything, even people breathing in the neighbour rooms I was lucky enough there were quiet guests, but the problem with loud noises has also to be mentioned, so bring earplugs with you. And antihistamines. Or sleep on the street, it will be the same, but at least cheaper.

A compact bathroom, not much room between toilet front and side of bidet! Nothing else tho.
