Very helpful friendly people. Let me bring my bike up in the lift and leave it in the secure space outside my room. Clean comfortable room and bathroom. Very central location. Good value.

The best

Very clean all round. A large room, plenty of space, including the bathroom, was spacious. My room on second floor was quiet. There was a elevator which was convenient. Good heating, as Avila was quite cold at the time, so very nice to arrive back to warm hostel. Good location, just outside the walled part of town, and very near the central plaza and San Pedro Church. There is nothing to criticise.

Ideal location, clean room, nice bathroom, really comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Staff don't speak English, but of course the guest should know a little Spanish :)
