43 stairs to climb with luggage - the owner doesn’t care - she won’t answer the door !! The rooms are noisy on the street and expensive for what they are - never coming back

Location. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Good sized room and shower. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance.

No private parking but plenty of parking nearby.

“A modest accomodation well located to know the village”
The best

It is a simple place for knowing Arenas de San Pedro and trekking in the area. The owner is very kind and it is very well located, but it has quite simple rooms, no breakfast service and no elevator. In the same building there are two coffee shops for breakfast.
