“No receptionist”
To be improved

On arrival, the reception was closed, completely unmanned. Also, the restaurant has shut down. We had to call them to gain access to the hostel and room.

“Disappointing”
The best

The interior looked good, modern. Beds were comfortable, a little hard but okay. A nice cot bed was provided as per our request, which was a nice touch, thank you. Bathroom had complimentary shower gel and shampoo and towels as well as hair dryer.

To be improved

It was quite basic in terms of accommodation. Just the two double beds with two bedside chests and a desk with one chair. Overall the room felt cold and difficult to warm up. The bathroom was really cold. There was no staff on site most of the day and during the night. Location is just outside Olula so you need a car to get around. We only stayed one night out of four booked as we feared we would all get sick staying in the cold.
