“I drove 90 km from Peñíscola with my family to this hotel for a one-night stay, just to add some variety to our seaside holiday. The route is filled with beautiful scenery, especially as we planned to continue on toward Valencia through the mountain passes. The village is incredibly quiet at night—only the distant sound of a cowbell can be heard—and the view of the stars from the terrace brings such peace that it even brought tears to my eyes, stirred by memories and thoughts. People here don’t speak English, and I actually like that, because you can always find a way to communicate. Overall, I would rate this place a 10 out of 10. · Cons: The Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach our apartment on the top floor, but the mobile internet speed was excellent. All night long, a bright white light stayed on the side terrace of the neighboring unit. It outshined the stars and prevented us from fully enjoying what truly makes this hotel unique — its location in the mountains.”

“Nothing really · Cons: Uncomfortable bed. Loud TV on both sides. Getting breakfast was not easy. Eventually able to find someone to get us coffee (after 20mins) and toast eventually arrived but gave up on the orange juice! Felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Won't be returning.”

“Amazing, clean in a remote location with peacefulness”

This is a characterful property which is so beautiful it has lovely views and was super clean. Staff were so accommodating even doing us a vegan breakfast

To be improved

You are not allowed any food in the room which does restrict you if you are a snacking person but they do allow you to eat your own food downstairs

“Friendly family run hotel, no complaints all good.”

The best

Young family running the place were friendly and helpful. They even included us in a birthday party meal. Street parking outside for our motorcycles outside was fine. Food for evening meal and breakfast no complaints. Good value too.
