Booked online but no reception….possibly as it was Sunday? Had to spend some time asking around before bringing directed to the tourist office who sorted things out.

“For the overall quality, I would say the accommodation was overpriced.”

The breakfast was good for a continental and the location was excellent. Parking availability was not too much of a problem and was free. The rooms were ready on time and the beds were comfortable..

To be improved

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better especially the wash basin and bidet. There was no sound proofing nor any signs reminding guests to be quiet at certain times of the night so every time guests came back at late hours and after midnight those in bed were awakened by footsteps, door banging and talking of the arriving guest. The door key to our particular room was really awkward to lock so it was challenging. There was very few powerpoint in the room and there was only switch for the light on one side of the bed. The bathroom could also needed to have a couple of hooks to hang towels, etc.

The hotel was up to our expectations, except that we managed to match when the restaurant next door had a concert.

To be improved

The rooms was not soundproof, you could hear well into the hallway. We also manage to match into when the neighbour restaurant has a concert.
