“The room was clean and comfortable. The bar was okay. Decent coffee in the morning! · Cons: The hairdryer didn't work. I had my own so wasn't too much of a problem. The toilet seat lost a bolt. We told reception in the morning but they didn't seem too bothered.”

Some staff members were very nice, but they were clearly new the veterans seemed not to care, the place clearly has no interest in return business

To be improved

Bathroom still had toilet paper that was 3/4 used. Must of the staff couldn't care less and seemed irritated with any question or request. Food was HORRIBLE, extra salty, to cover chicken that was probably close to an expiration date. The location was so bad you could not even UberEATS anything. The rooms had broken fixtures and we were worried they were "cleaned" the same way the bathrooms were.
