“Very clean excellent host. Great location. · Cons: Would have rated 10 if there was a kettle in the room. On our last night a fair had been set up outside the hotel. The noise was excruciating, the beat of it was inside the room. This did not stop until 2am when I believe the police intervened. I would not have stopped in the room one more night. This was not the fault of the accommodation but is it a recurring situation????”

The best

My recent stay at the Hostal el Puerto was enjoyable. It was nice and easy to find the Hotel, and upon arrival, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a big smile from the staff. The view over the beach from our room added an extra layer of tranquility to our stay. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves made our morning at the hotel a magical experience.

To be improved

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory, but there were some cleanliness concerns that impacted my experience. The room was generally tidy and well-maintained, however, one aspect that was disappointing was discovering a pillow with an old dried stain. This oversight detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay and highlighted the importance of thorough housekeeping. I recommend that the hotel pays closer attention to detail in cleaning and inspecting all amenities to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness for all guests. I hope this feedback is helpful for maintaining a top-notch experience for future visitors.

The location was amazing! The hotel is right at the beach, yet in a calm place. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. One could feel that it was run by a family. I would book there again whenever I would be in the area!

The best

The room was very clean and bright and had a nice view. The toiletries were really lovely.

To be improved

There was quite a bit of noise from the bar next door and they left lighting on in their outside eating area all night.
