I like that we could stay with the kids in one room. So quadruple room was the most I liked it.

To be improved

That I couldn’t close the shades by the window and that there were not light bolts on some of the lamps, so it was difficult to have some reading time.

“I would not recommend this place”
The best

Location was 8 minutes walk from Hendaye Station.

To be improved

First room we were given had a very small double bed and the shower door was hanging off its rail, so could not be used safely. There is a lift but it cannot be used by guests, only residents. The second room was better as it had 2 single beds pushed together. The shower had a curtain which was not big enough to surround the bath, so water escaped. It was incredibly noisy, with music, shower/toilet sounds and loud conversation coming from the adjacent rooms. This eventually stopped around midnight.

The best

The location serves my need which is as a link between public transport from Spain to France. I wouldn't want the room for longer however. It's very basic.

To be improved

The hotel has become very shabby since I was last there. The shower screen door is not right, broken? No spare blanket.

Brilliant location for going from Hendaye to Irún or vice versa. Very nice breakfast included in the price. Lovely views.
