The best

Easy to find, great location across from the metro, wonderful staff, comfortable room, AC, blinds. Private bathroom, free wifi. Windows open if you want. Nice sitting area at the check in desk.

To be improved

I knew this was on Gran Via, so I already expected it to be noisy through the night. I used ear plugs and it reduced the noise a lot.
