“Cons: False advertising. No 24 hour security. No 24 hour desk. Wifi didn't work or was poor. Loud staff. Too small. No refrigerator. Metal sawing entire time. Staff replied she has a son too... Well are they sawing metal having guests breath it, get hit with it, and have no where to dodge flames? No assistance up 100+ stairs. This is an office building and hostel is in the attic 100+ stairs up. Broken elevator entire time. Spent $1200 in costs and opportunity lost because was advertised for $264 for the 54 hours we'd be there.... Don't make same mistake”

“A huge thank you to the fantastic team at Hostal Felipe 2 in Barcelona! My stay was made incredibly comfortable and stress-free, largely due to their exceptional hospitality. What truly set this hostel apart was the staff's incredible flexibility. My flight was late in the evening, and even after checking out, they went above and beyond. They graciously allowed me to comfortably wait in the lobby, use the bathroom facilities, and securely store my luggage until it was time for me to head to the airport. This invaluable service transformed what could have been a difficult, drawn-out day into a relaxed and enjoyable one. Thank you again 🙏🏻”

“Good location · Cons: Noisy, cockroaches in the room, noisy air condition, broken bathroom and cheaply fixed.”

“Cleanliness and location · Cons: Air con in room very noisy so could not sleep with it on and since it was very warm in the room I did not sleep well.”

“The staff were great · Cons: The elevator was broken so I had to climb five flights upstairs with my suitcase. On the first night, I found a cockroach in my room and on the second night there was also a bigger cockroach in my room on the last night of my stay there was no water in the shower or in the faucets.”
