“A deep regret”

there was no Internet in my room. I complained and asked to give me another room. they wanted to put me in a very small room, without windows, because I had booked using Booking plataform. And they told me that I could stay in the corridor and use the internet. How gentle they were!!!!! and the breakfast that was included was only one piece of bread and a glass of something. I am not kidding. I couldnt believe my eyes.
