The room and shower were extremely clean and the location was perfect. There was a problem gaining access to the room, which took time to resolve because noone spoke any English :-(

The room was attractive and well-appointed, with a good bed. Overall, quite comfortable. Good, functional bathroom, with great hot water and water pressure. And the location is unbeatable.

To be improved

There is literally no soundproofing. My room was next to the door to the hostal, and sure enough, I heard every opening and closing of the front door as if it were in the room with me. The same was true of every door in the hostal, and every footstep in the hallway. The personable, energetic dueño David seems to want to make things right... how about it, David?
