“Lovely family run hotel in the best part of Vall de Boí”

Hostal Fondevila is an amazing traditional family run hotel, with excellent views to the valley and outstanding service. The staff treat you as you were a part of the family and would go the extra mile to advise places to visit, feed you or help to organise your hiking trip. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with a large balcony. Breakfast is optional but if you get it, you have a good choice of food buffet style, even some croissants. Location is perfect, walking you can stroll about the beautiful village of Boí, with plenty of choice to eat and drink. Really close to the National Park too, and walking distance to one of the UNESCO heritage Romanesc churches. Really worth the visit in summer( and in winter as well!) . Moltes gràcies!

To be improved

Well, the only thing worth mentioning is that lovely freshly baked croissants for breakfast don't last for late comers, so after 9am there were not left I am afraid. All the rest in the breakfast was replenished as we were there.

“The facility needs renovation”

The location is at the center of Boi, at the side of the main road. The scenery is beautiful.

To be improved

The facilities really needs serious update. The front desk lady can speak some English and was kind enough to fix the broken shower head for us. You have to ask staff to turn on the heat, if it is cold in the evening.

Great location to stay. Peaceful, quiet, high in the mountains. Perfect to discover the Boi Valley from.

To be improved

Parking spaces near the hotel were limited. Mostly we parked near the church. On the top floor we did not have wifi connection (but because of 4G it wasn't really a problem.)
