HOSTAL FRANCISCO SALINAS

VERY messy check in process with no one present and no English capacity in phone or signs. No WiFi? (No one to give you password) Far away from restaurants and supermarket Unclear address… page said No. 91

Much further from the city center than advertised. Very cramped. No shower gel

Very difficult to check-in. Nobody at the hostel. Called the number on the door and spoke to someone I was unable to hear clearly or understand (spoke no English). I was informed to wait 5 mins and he eventually turned up 30 mins later. The wifi code was not provided nor written anywhere. The biggest issue was noise. The hostal is located on a very busy and noisy road. Not good at all after an 8-hour drive

Our room was right next to the 4 lane road, the cars were do loud it was almost impossible to rest, even if the bed rather comfortable. There is NO WIFI IN THE ROOM. What?!?! How is this even possible in a hotel?

Door locked No proper reception greeting arena. No wifi in rooms.

How cold the room despite air con not strong enough Bar not open to get a drink or food at 8pm and not open for the rest of the evening Fridge and microwave in the room but no cups, glasses, plates, cutlery or even a kettle to make tea Unable to make payment (even tho I have money in my bank account) I paid thru booking.com but had to pay directly but unable to do so. Waiting for them to get back in contact with me.
