Love it

The views were blocked by a covering from renovations to the outside of the building and construction workers would walk by on the scaffolding. I got a single room so maybe that affected the temp inside my room but it was so cold I had to ask for a heater. They did provide one, but it was questionable. The staff was kind. In regards to the bathroom, the toilet was sort of under the sink so made it uncomfortable, the shower took a while to figure out how to work. The dial to change from handheld to shower head didn't work so only the handheld worked and sprayed water thru between the doors and started flooding the floor.

I only stayed one night, and the price was reasonable considering the central location. While it wasn’t my favorite place, it wasn’t bad either. The room was spacious, overall clean, and parking was easy, which was a nice bonus.

It’s ok for the price

Me and 4 friends stayed in here for 3 nights. We stayed on a private 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen. The location is great as it is super central and within walking distance from Gran Vía, Opera and Royal Palace. There are night spaces just outside the building so you may expect some noise during the night, but nothing to worry about if you're a heavy sleeper. Definitely a fair budget place to spend some days in Madrid!
