“Did not stay despite booking. · Cons: Room was totally unsuitable. It was a very cold day. There was no heat at all. There was no- one to speak to or able to be contacted by phone or email. At 82 years I cannot accept this accommodation. I went elsewhere. Later message from management said heating came on at 2000h. Far too late (having arrived at 1700h) for room to be comfortable. Presently, via Booking.com, I am requesting FULL reimbursement of room charge. Further communication with accommodation management requesting their cooperation in my securing reimbursement has not been responded to. In light of my circumstances regarding the unsuitable room, coupled with the present failure of management to acknowledge my concern, I would strongly advise persons looking for a room in Monforte de Lemos to look elsewhere.”

“It was good overall”

The room was comfortable, the location of the place was really good.

To be improved

There was a common bathroom and it was kind of uncomfortable to share the bathroom with other guests. The curtains of the bath were not clean.
