Clean attractive comfortable room.

Think the staff back-up is probably outsourced, as I was unable to obtain a drinking vessel of any sort despite lots of emails. There is a whole kitchen there but useless without a single piece of cutlery or crockery. And no cups in our room. One valiant member of staff was doing their best. A cup didn’t seem a big ask. Glad the electronic keys worked as not sure anyone would have been available to assist.

Difficulty in entering, the online check-in system does not work well on phones, and had to customer service to be allowed entry, which would have been difficult without a phone plan or ability to speak Spanish.
