“Great place, in the middle of town”
Really in the middle of town Access keys worked well I arrived early and I managed to message owners, and they let me in early. I was very grateful for this. Very good value for money
The phone number on the email did not work, but this may have been a temporary issue.

“We arrived to find the front door wide open, which was convenient because it meant we didn’t have to faff about with the app. Didn't say too much about security. Or maybe it was because the door handle was falling off ( this was later fixed). There are no staff on site—just a couple of cleaners who looked like they were either finishing up or planning their escape. We climbed four flights of stairs (there is a lift). Used the app to open our room and—surprise!—the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. I'm talking dirty towels, crumpled sheets. The presence of the cleaners made sense now. Back down the stairs. No staff. Just a phone number taped to the wall like a cry for help. To be fair, the person on the other end was polite and helpful—apparently this sort of thing “normally doesn’t happen.” Which is odd, because while my wife was still on the call, another couple returned to the lobby as their room hadn't been cleaned either. They were tourists who couldn’t make local calls, so my wife handled it for them too. 20 minutes later and the new room allocated, we got into a room that had been cleaned. Under-bed inspection: spotless. · Cons: Then came the shower. It looked okay, but the experience was like being attacked by an angry boiler. The shower tray was slippery, the two shower heads launched water in all directions, and bonus jets sprayed from loose pipe fittings. Water even dribbled above the shower head, like the plumbing was gently weeping. I turned it off, tightened what I could, then resumed—this time pointing the shower head at the wall to avoid a full-body scald - couldn't regulate the temperature, just boiling or off. I flicked water at myself until I reached a level of cleanliness I call camino style. Now, about the complimentary shampoo. It smelled like something I had never smelt before (read horrible). I used it anyway. I’m not proud. My wife tried it and decided it was only fit for feet. Even then, they were slightly offended. With so much hot water, the bathroom fogged up like a sauna. “Good thing there’s a fan,” I thought. There was a fan. It had, at some point, been white. It was now a furry, dust-clogged relic. I reached up to see if it was extracting air - nope. Which explains the black mould blooming happily on the ceiling. Then, as a final flourish, the tap aerator fell off when my wife turned on the hot tap. I reattached it and wiped some dust off the fan. Not out of kindness—just habit. I like to leave places better than I found them. But really, I was just relieved to leave.”
