Hostal Hilton

The whole place smells, especially my room, the toilet emits a really pungent smell, I think the whole building itself has a problem with sewage, I found it hard to sleep cause I could smell it, even if I opened the window, you could hear the outside too but since I think its an old hostel, that's common. But I do wish they do something about the smell.

The place was filthy. Windows and bath curtain disgusting. They only did the bare minimum of cleaning and it was cheap, but definitely not worth it. I know what that price would get because I stayed in other places in the same city with similar prices and way better everything. Upon seen the comments for this placed, we tried to cancel but staff waited until late at night to not accept our cancellation and we had to stay there unfortunately. Pllease change those shower curtains, they are from Primark anyways. I literally cried because it touched me.

The.mould the filthiness on the walls the bath is tiny and dirty

False advertising that 24 hour reception!!!! No one to help -tried calling both numbers and no answer/received directions to get in at 9:40 am and luckily saw email after ringing bell over and over to get in-very disappointing when tired! Took over 1hour to get tv on-poor directions on how tv worked-

Don't have a reception. I didn't even managed to stay in the hostel. Didn't refund me the money. Photos are their hotel front and door as proof.

The floor was incredibly dusty.
