The property is quite clean and I like the balcony.

To be improved

Really poor sound insulation, can’t really sleep properly. And the swimming pool is too small, not even a proper pool tho. The details of hotel shown they have “garage” but actually they don’t! however, they ask you to park in a public car park which charges €21.5 per night, we parked 2 days from 2100 1st day to 1200 3rd day, just parked less than 48 hours, the reception still charged us the fee for 2days! The rules said you need to check out before 1100, but still charge parking fee than you can stay until midnight? What’s the logic? which makes no sense! I’m truly regretting for this hostel.

The best

The location of the hotel is perfect. You can walk to so many great sights and restaurants easily from the hotel.

To be improved

It would be nice if the rooms were bigger, but in old cities and old buildings, there's not much to be done about that. I would rather have the character of the old buildings than larger rooms. I thought there was a bar/restaurant on the roof, but there is not. Just a place to buy drinks on the rooftop terrace would be nice. Also, the "pool" is not a pool. It's a large bird bath. Even my 8 year old daughter who is a water rat, felt the still, shallow hot water and said, "Yuck, who wants to get in that?" You should just turn it into a Koi pond or a water feature. Please do not label it a pool.

Location, design, very nice staff members! Big PLUS is a terrace on the roof with a little pool to refresh from heat and spend some time in the open air :)
