We come at least 2x to Portocolom - and I was really happy this time. We had room 206 - which was more spacious. We were the ones who thought we booked until monday but it was until sunday. So even with our mistake the staff was friendly and Hugo relocated us to another hotel. The hotel is basic and clean and the connected restaurants are so good! Location is for me the best. Not too crowded - feels more local. Best Beach S'Arenal 40 min by feet. I like the breakfast as buffet - good value for the money!

“The restaurant was very good. · Cons: The hotel was not good The room was clean for the most part. The beds were awful and the rooms didn’t have any soundproofing at all. Also there was a strange smell in the premises. I don’t recommend for the price.”
