Nice location in the center of the city, at reasonnable distance from the public parking area. Friendy employee at check in. Excellent stay with our family.

Loved the location! Very basic room, but very comfortable. We had 3 twin beds with 3 adults. Worked well!

Parking can be tricky. Very narrow roads and no garages super close.

The guy who talk to us in first time trying to help. The place it’s really close to many tourist emblematic places

The women that talk to us ( looks like a manager) try to scam or take advantage of us . In first moment the offer us one place with 2 rooms( that say booking in the web, when we start the check in the told us that only have “one room with just one bed”, I tried to explain that this not what show in the web and she told us “that what I have , take or leave “, when the other guy tried to help and explain her that was there mistake, she tried to put the guilt in us. I repeat again what they show in the web and she put the guilt in the website. That kind of issues and tried to put the responsibility in others (in specific the clients) it’s really disappointing and disrespectful. But that’s not all, financially she recommended that we can cancel our reservation in booking and try to convince us that take 2 separate rooms in the place at the moment, that’s is really sneaky actitude.

No bag storage after checkout. This is a basic requirement that should be provided free of charge.

Bed not comfortable enough, just one long pillow. Micro soaps. In short, received value was not according price.
