Location is excellent in terms of accessibility to the city. Near to the University, museums, metro stations, and places to eat. Room was clean. Even though there was no receptionist at night, the contact via whatsapp to help with check-in was very helpful. However, I was given the code by another customer who had had a difficult time obtaining the entrance code.

To be improved

Card for the doors stopped working; met other people there with the same problem. As good as the location is it is loud at night. This includes tourists until the early hours (which is to be expected to be fair) and the shop beneath the hostal having a very loud alert noise whenever anyone walks by its entrance.

I skipped the stay and booked another hotel because of my previous experience! I never got a code for the door, there was no one at the reception. I had to sneak in after another guest. I finally got my key from the machine, took my stuff to my room and went to get something to eat, after I got back the key card no longer worked! I spent the next 4 hours trying to contact someone. By the time I got in touch with someone and got a new key card it was already 2 a.m. and I had to get up at 7 to go to the airport! So a week later I booked another hotel and had no issues!!!
