“Location into the centre of the city was fantastic. · Cons: I had problems with the codes to check in both days. Problems were solved only by making the phonecall to the stuff. In addition, my magnetic card-the keu- was not so well functioning at times. The room was fine compared to what's available.”

“Cons: Took ages to get a code for entrance when checking it. (Arrived) Room was not what they show in pictures when booking Air-conditioning didn't work extremely hot during the night.”

The bathroom was so small that the door could not open properly. The doors and wood in the flooring were really damaged. The corridor was full of painting tape but was not being painted and was in quite poor condition

“This place is an absolute disgrace. Not even one of the pictures resembles the place. The building is decaying, the interiors are absolutely filthy. There is no one working there, don't be misled by the reception picture, there is no reception. There is a machine for check in that does not work properly. The check in has no privacy, you have to add your personal and sensitive data on a screen with other 10 people looking at what you do while they wait to check in. There are no indications about how to check out. We remained in the building for 30 minutes and decided to leave given the absolute terrible conditions of all. The phone number they provide for assistance does not allow calls and the mailbox is full. Some booking.com agent advised us that one of the managers of this place, a certain Alejandro, verbally agreed to a full refund for my reservation. He was to send a written notification of the same to booking.com so they can proceed with the refund. After 3 weeks, still nothing. Booking.com is not doing absolutely anything to help me. “Disappointing, stranded and unacceptable”

I arrived at the hotel and there was no way for me to check in (so much for 24/7 check in?) It was 2am in the morning and I was stranded. I attempted to contact the hotel reception multiple times without success. I had nowhere to sleep..... extremely disappointing. DO NOT STAY HERE. This was scary and dangerous for a female alone in the middle of the city. I have not received a refund or any communication from the establishment... they don't care about their customers.
