The proximity to the centre. Friendly concierge.

To be improved

Tiny room. Paper thin walls. Holes in sheets. No plug in the bath. Shower head kept falling off and water too hot or too cold. Smell of tobacco. Ripped material instead of curtain. Awful view over duct and back of adjoining flats.

In general, room & bed met our expectations. Staff was kind. No parking in the hotel but that was known, possibility to park in the street nearby.

To be improved

The lift was not working properly (need to stop at level 1 : the specific lift door of the lower floor was not working properly). Wifi was not working well. Cleanliness of the restaurant for breakfast was poor with many flies and a dead cockroach on a table...
