Check in procedure took much time because a central agency did these via camera on screen, like Skype f.e. Sometimes the speaker and I didn't understand each other.

The remote check in was super weird and ineffective. Our external door code never worked but people kept showing us how to bypass it (making it not feel secure at all?) our window opened into an internal courtyard, which didn’t feel super safe…everytbing was very dated (but I’m pretty good shape). Now where to eat in town really.

Reserved a room with three single beds; got a room. With one full size bed and one single... When we arrived, the room was not ready so they had to give us another room There is no staff on-site, only spoke through an electronic screen. And even though my backpack was delivered to their location, when I needed it sent the next day, I was told there was no staff. When I reminded her that it had been delivered the previous day, she said she would take care of it. And it was not. When I arrived at my destination, my bag was not there, and I had to pay an additional €20 to get it.

I was efficiently checked in by a friendly off site manager. That was fine. A few minutes later I was stopped in the hallway by an older Spanish speaking woman, I’m an English speaker. She was pushy with me and followed me in my room, as if not trusting I was an official guest. I motioned for her to leave and she did. I wish that I would have contacted the off site manager to verify my guest status to this woman, but also to complain about her. She must have been a caretaker of the building, but so unpleasant.

The stairs were very slippery. We called reception about the cleaning product being used. The next day it appeared to be taken care of.
