Maria and the other waitiress was really helpful. Our 2nd visit and we knew it was basic, clean and tidy.

To be improved

Very sad as we stayed 5 years ago and we enjoyed it even though it was basic. This time we were made to feel that they did not want to have people staying overnight. We were the only guests. Lunch we were served after everyone else was, ignored most of the time. The food this time was not good, we had a good meal the last time we stayed, the soup this time Cabanza was mostly bones and no meat. Breakfast was DIY everything cheap and packaged, old fruit, no coffee it was a machine and the so called coffee was like dirty water. No staff around, the place was locked up. We could not check out as there was nobody around. Fortunately Maria arrived and was shocked to see us waiting. She had not been told we were there. Sorry but we were not happy here.

Nice and comfortable room. I stayed there during my Camino, but it was a bit off the route. The host Al’s restaurant was very good and relatively cheap.
