“A great base for exploring the Sierra de Guadarrama”
The best

Ideal as a base for hiking, with many excellent trails from the town to the mountains. It was great to have a fridge in the room and a microwave in the hall (although I didn't end up using this). The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. There are cafes, shops, and supermarkets nearby - everything you need. It's only a short walk from the train station. I found it to be great value, and there was a nice-looking restaurant below too. All in all, highly recommended!

I made a reservation for tonight December 24th almost a week before. I went to get the key around 19PM and the lady told me the latest time to get the key was at four. I explained that in the website says from 16h until 21:00 and I didn’t get any messages from the property saying differently. ( she could send me a message through the website) She said she called me, which it is true but it was on the very same day. I couldn’t answer the call because personal reasons.She was really rude. She called selfish because she said she wanted to have dinner with her family and I was there asking for the key apparently very late, which is very unprofessional. Also while we were discussing on the phone two other guests came to get the key and she didn’t make any fuss to them. Of course, we didn’t want to stay in such an inhospitable place and we left. She said she didn’t care and that we could complain to booking.

“Charming Hotel in rural Spain 🇪🇸”
The best

Lovely Hotel in the centre of the town, the room was spacious with great views of the countryside. The bed was comfy, and the fridge was an added bonus for cold drinks. The restaurant/bar had great food and drink, which was very reasonably priced. Staff were very nice and friendly 😊
