To be improved

Not clean 😕 No towels! The closet was broken and dirty! The lights did not work 😕! I tried to contact the place more than ten times from the contact number on the page of booking.com, but no response 😕. I want a refund 😕 and if not I will lose my trust in booking.com. I have videos that I took for the protocol if needed.

The best

The receptionist, Camila, was friendly and really helped me when my car got stuck in snow/ice/mud. She arranged help from local Spaniards who pushed me out of trouble....twice. Many thanks.

To be improved

There were no eating facilities at the Hostel, I had to eat in a restaurant across the road. There was no parking available, although this was stated on the booking form. My car trouble resulted from me trying to get up to the rear of the hostel. I didn't know La Panilla is a ski resort and it wasn't really what I wanted for my journey south through Spain. I had to stay an extra night because my car was stuck in ice/snow/mud.
