Proximity to Barajas airport is a plus. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Spacious room.

To be improved

No USB ports. The (friendly and accommodating) staff disappears at 10 pm. "Memory foam" mattress was very lumpy, slanting toward its middle. Pillow -- one very long piece -- was bulbous beyond our range of neck comfort. Noise can be an issue, especially from early risers rushing to catch their flights.

Everything was very clean and tidy, the rooms were OK in size.

To be improved

No one was able to speak in English, it is very common in Spain, but still you'd expect in this kind of business to be able to have basic communication in English.
